Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I'm getting dry blood in my nose problems for few days. Its so dry inside my nose. I have dust allergy.

Sir, I drunk ice cube milk shake after than i suffered from flu. This incident took place from Wednesday. I mean I drunk in Tuesday night. Since then my fever is not come down. It remain in 99.4 to 100.4.i was taking a medicine roxid along with paracetamol. But after then i changed from roxid to azithromycin. I m doing gurgle, takin steam with Vicks. But my fever is not coming down. I m also taking Allegra at night. Kindly help me

Hello Sir/Mam, I am Saksham, I have been dry coughing for last 3 months, but now I feel some constriction in throat which does not go for more than a week now. I smoke 5-6 cigarettes daily for past 6 months. I have tried multiple doctors moat guve medications which do not work. Please suggest a way out.
