Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I keep hearing a sound inside my ear constantly. It seems to be coming from my head. Some say it is tinnitus. I have tried some medication but it doesn't seem to work. I also have occasional headaches on the left side of my head when I et exposed to sunlight and loud sound. Any explanations for this ? If yes, is there any natural remedy ?

I have had a sore throat for the past 10 days which has not healed despite gargling. Have been having pain while swallowing and blocked ears too. Yesterday I noticed that my left tonsil is swollen (picture attached) and it has gotten worse since day before.
