Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have this sinus problem since I was 25. I used to have heavy headaches whenever I drink anything cold or when I sweat. When I met a general physician they suggested me some meds which temporary fixed my headache. Nowadays quiet often I get headaches and also couldn't swallow comfortably. Feels like I have those mucus in my lungs and sometimes I couldn't breathe easy when I lie down. Is this related? Should I meet a ENT specialist or again a General Physician?

It's like feeling echo when we speak and I'm not hearing clearly because of ear block. Please suggest me on this and let me know problem is critical.

Hi, Its been 2 years now, that I have lost my sense of smell. I'm unable to smell anything even faintly. I consulted 2 ENT specialists and they told me that it's not curable. I am not facing any other issues. Please help.

Hi I am experiencing a different type of cold this time. I am very normal in normal condition but as an when I get under artificial temperature (Air conditioned) my nose gets choked not the way normally happens but it gets choked near the nasal bone where clearing it by fingers(impossible) or blown breathe ain't really working and because of which then I am not really able to speak properly.

I always suffer from cold and letharginess.. i want to lose my weight and also to cure my thyroid. Can u suggest me a diet plan which can lead to a healthy life.. And perfect time of doing exercise so that i can lose weight

Facing throat difficulties since d past 1 week i consult a doctor he gave me d mentioned meds. But still i m facing d same problem to swallow food means its difficult to swallow d food from my mouth to d throat. I feel a liitle light pain in my throat n some itching in there. Plz help. For 2 or 3 days , i am feeling pain behind my right Ear and feels like my bone is swelling. Also,i am facing some red marks on my body(not sure due to sun heat) but feeling burning sensation. Please advice whats the treatment.
