White spots on tonsils

I have localized white spots on tonsils and severe pain during swallowing.,along with fever in evening since past 2 days. What can be the condition

Likely diagnosis is follicular tonsillitis. You need proper antibiotics analgesics and gargles after check up by ENT surgeon.
