Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir, My voice is high pitched because of which I face many troubles. It sounds much like girls. Are there any solution to resolve it

I am facing an issue for almost 2 months now wherein i can breathe from only one Nostril at given moment.. at times Left and at times Right side gets blocked due to which i am facing issues in breathing and at times for some seconds both gets blocked increasing the problem. For majority of the time i also feel that there is something blocked in my throat due to which i try to cough unnecessarily to release the pressure

I have severe headache I can't tolerate d pain. I have tried everything for this. When ever I get headache my eyes n above d eyes are getting swollen. It remains for weeks together. Now a days I'm taking pain killer. Only, den it can be stored that to after 3 days I feel d relief. Doctor (homeopathic) told me that it's little advanced. And I have heard that if it gets advanced d patient may lose his eye. Please doctor help me out
