He sufferes from throat ache blockage in nasal part coughing and fever regularly for last 2 years pl help me to find out his problem and solution thanks

Consult an ENT surgeon for complete examination of his throat nose and ears. Stop all chilled spicy fried junk food. Ask him to gargle with warm water frequently.
