Dizziness, Irritability
I have been experiencing dizziness and extreme irritability , I have had mastoiditis for close to 10 years...could that be the reason for imbalance and vertigo ?

Mastoiditis can cause vertigo but not irritability. So your case needs to be evaluated keenly. It could be Vestibular Migraine.
