Pain at back of my head

I have 1 more issue it pains at my head the area between the ears when i get over excited e.g when i feel a lot of sorrow it pains. When i laugh on some comedy it pains a lot what might be this issue. And what i think when i get over excited blood get stuck at that part as when i press the area with fingers i feel a lot relaxed.
