Hi i work at a voice bpo n i usually go through throat pain..it pains a alot, unable to gulp in saliva, cant speak much, happens to me wenever i take alot of calls. Should i just take erythromycin or septum. What can i do to avoid it? Suggest some precautions as well. Thanks

I have pain in right side of my throat. Whenever i swallow it pains.it also feels like my ears are being pulled when i swallow.There is no pain in left side of throat.It feels like a infection in my throat. My friend is overweight weighted 86kg having 170cm height and diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea as he is having round chin as well. Doctor asked him to use cpap machine but he cannot use it as because of discomfort. Is it possible if he reduce upto 20 kg can he get rid of sleep apnea problem permanently. Or any other solution for this problem please help.
