My pre molar is errupting causing pain in the tooth due to which I cannot open my mouth.plz provide me the treatment

For pain paracetamol tablet 650mg. may be taken twice daily for 3 to 4 days. For trismus( inability to open mouth) application of dry heat over cheek muscles and oral muscle relaxants are helpful. Luke warm saline mouth wash is also helpful.
