Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I snore a lot and its so loud that people around me are having problem with that. Please suggest me any cure for Snoring.

Tonsillitis, pain in throat. Redness. Visible white chunks back in mouth. Reoccurring problem.. Pain reached to ear.

I am having fever and my nose is continuously bleeding since 2days. After consulting doctor he recommended me to go for blood test but didn't gave any medicine. Even I cant still with face down as blood start flowing from nose.

I keep doing stretching of my neck and back at home ( neck and back extension exercises) and some gyming only of chest and back (butterfly machine and similar machines) and yes i feel i do exert a bit. One day i was stretching my neck and i felt something happened to my nose from inside. Since then i am have having pain/ heaviness near nose and cheek area which sometimes radiates to the head causing a slight headache. I tried a course of 3 days of disperzyme also, but no change

With the running nose and cough mucus from throat, blood spotting is observed since past 19 hours.. Visited my gynecologist and stopped use of SUSTEN 200 which I was using for past 3 days and was observing dizziness, nausea and fatigue due to that. No additional medication was suggested by gynac on today's visit except CINAREST... However the spotting is still continued...
