Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have retention cyst on my true vocal card hence unable to speak properly. I have undergone MLS (micro laryngeal surgery) two times (once in Hyd during 2006 and second time at Kims, Trivendrum) but cyst is re-occurring at same place and it's not malignant and this cyst is just filled with mass like grape fruit. I need best suggession and route cause to cure permanently.

I feel giddiness suddenly, it stays for 5 minutes then it becomes normal. My BP is 90/120. Sugar is normal all the three FBS, PPS & RBS. Which doctor to consult?

My 5 years old son is having frequent nose bleed for last one month. Though the amount of blood is quite less but the onset can be as frequent as twice a day. We consulted ENT doctor about 15 days back and he suggested its anterior and suggested paraffin drops along with Saline. This reduced the frequency but not entirely cured the problem. For last few days the frequency has again increased. He is taking Oleptal DT 150 twice a day for childhood epilepsy. Do we need to have it checked again? Thanks
