Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am not able to hear anything from my left ear. After I got off from a flight and it got better.. But after fee days.. It has gotten blocked. I assume my Eustachian tube has swollen. Kindly suggest

She has pain and difficulty to turn neck and there are two lumps in one side of the neck which causes severe pain for the past two days. There is no cough or cold.

My daughter is5 years old.she is having ulcer in her mouth at the tonsil area.Doctor suggested sucral-o. The problem of ulcer has now reduced but now she's complaining of pain in her left ear whenever she eats something.Doctor said to give her calpol syrup but no effect.What is the problem and what medication to be followed?

Hi From Monday I had fever approx 103.5 for 3 days, body pain and swallon lymph node near jaw bone just under ear. I had no strep throat , cold , skin rash or anything else, I went to hospital they said it's viral. Below are my questions 1. Is the condition related to HIV? 2. Please let me know what could it be. My MRI report is Mucosal thickening noted in all para-nasal sinuses Osteo-metal units are blacked spheno-ethmoidal recess turbinates No bony erosion noted Both orbits appear normal TECHNIQUE:: MDCT -16 slice scan PNS was perfomed without contrast in serial axial & coronal planes with 3D reconstruction.

2 years back sound coming from right ear Started and could not hear the person talking from the distance.. Now suddenly left year also began to sound and not able to hear clearly. distant and near by voice not audible clearly. Phone calls attending is also difficult. I am P.A to regional head. I got cervical spondylytis for very long time. When eating food sometimes swallowing of curry pieces also difficult. I often get dry cough frequently and it is irritating in early morning. recently CBP has been tested and minor infection is guessed. I get neck pain regularly and use Vertin 16mg daily once. Due to Cervical SPondylytis, I also get guiddiness. Please suggest me proper remedy.

Last day I said I have problem of Lymphoepithelial but I concerned with Surgeons , ENT and Specialist . They are said its papillae on tongue. It's not dangerous . But they all have different opinions about the operation . Sugeons said stitching operation and after operation they send to part for biopsy and specialist said just one cut surgery . Now me and my parents are confused . Please suggested me which operation is save .

I feel a pressure above my eyebrow and pain in the headand when i take the steam it gets ok.i wanted to know whether is this problem realted to sinus?
