  4. Ear pain mouth move. Tears from eyes!

Hello sir I was having pain in ear after few days when I entered into an ac car my nerve paining after few days I noticed that my mouth was bended when I drink water it comes out from one side and some times I get tears from eyes

You have facial paralysis with ear ache .It may be due to Bell's palsy. You should consult an experienced ENT surgeon immediately for proper management.
