Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

He has stammering problem from childhood.He also gets hyper sometime with anger.His age is now 16.He also feels very sleepy anytime .His attention is decreasing day by day and the marks are also decreasing.

This is asking for my daughter age 7.5 yrs that she breaths by mouth during sleeping and snoring sometimes.X-ray was done by ENT doctor on may 2015 showing significant obstruction to nasopharynx .Doctors suggest to go for adenoidectomy but we did not and treated with ayurvedic medicines and now on repeat X-ray in June 2016 showing some regression and now mouth breathing only when she is having running nose so we should go for surgery or not.

From last Monday , when i wake up in the morning , left ear is mostly blocked. Also it used to itch some times . When i shake the head, i could hear some thing inside the ear. Can you please help ?

What is sinus ? What happens if a person has sinus ? I go out in cold / free air / sit under an A.C and catch cold often , is it sinus ? What happens if I undergo a surgery for sinus ? Will the sinus go away ? What does it mean for sinus to go away ? Will I not catch a cold then by cold air / a.c (only catch cold like/when a normal person does). Thank you.

Hello Doctor, Since last 1 year, I have been experiencing intermittent chest pains. Underwent X-rays 3 times and full body check-up as well. Nothing was found. The pain is very intermittent in nature and does not occur regularly. But its sharp, whenever it happens, just above the heart. It aggravates when I press that particular point. I consulted a local doctor here in Singapore as well and he said that it might be a muscular pain and that it wont go away easily. Also, since last 1 month, I have been experiencing blocked ears, stuffy nose and sore throat. At times, ears ring as well. But there is no fever, no headache, vomiting etc. Not sure, what is happening and need your help. Have consulted 4 separate doctors (in India and Singapore) and all find me absolutely OK. Is it in my head only? Is it anxiety? PS:- I sleep directly under the AC, as it gets really humid here. But I have been sleeping like this since last 6 years. Do let me know what you feel like. I've a problem from almost one year. It starts from sneezing of nose to fever. I used to go to the doctor for every 2-3 months. But recently I took an x ray of my nose where it shows my nostrils has blocked with an extra muscle . So I would like to know how much does the laser operation costs for this surgery. Thank you.

Hi, I am having snoring issues. For the past 10 years. Now a days it affects my personal life. How to reduce or cure this.

I am not able to hear properly from right ear. It feels like something inside in ear or may be swelling. It starting day before yesterday when I wake up. On that day I think this is because of i sleep on one sided so I ignore on that day. But I think something else is happen. Help me. Let me know medicines. Thanks
