Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My wife feels blocking nose completely, shorten breathing, feeling uncomfortable in chest area. She feels weakness during evening time. She works in bank sector and sits 8-9 hours in AC and travel by public transport.

I not able to hear it properly and it seems like ear wax so I bought ear wax cleaner but I Don't know how to use.kindly help me. Regards, Neeta

From last two days,i m facing hedache ,pain in eyeballs,and swelling on cheeks .plz tell what to do.after having checkup from doctor,he gave medicines .currently i m feeling well nevertheless tell me some home remedies to avoid this permanently and what was a cause due to which i was suffering from it.

Iam getting pain inside the EAR and BACK NECK offen...but increases too much after bathing...the only problem is with right ear and not left...it started before one year..

Sir actually i met with an accident before 2 years. My nose broken in two parts i got 10 stitches on my nose. Now m getting problem during breathing . I cant take proper breath if i take breath from right nose than i cant take from left nose and if i take from left then cant take from right nose even i cant take breath properly from one nose.
