I am having right side nasal dns problem Is this nasal dns problem blocks person's height and body growth ?

According to some authors the operation for DNS should not be done before  completion of the growth of the facial bones (before 16 to 18 years ). As you have crossed 18 years you can safely go for the operation, if you have symptoms like nasal obstruction.
