Issue with the tonsil
White patches on tongue got reduced by taking antibiotics but i have a issue with this one side tonsil pain while swallowing .Urge to spit also a big problem. And next day started to pain in ear from the morning as well as in jaw of one side. Please suggest what to do or whom to consult
