Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I just crave for hot chocolate but i dont if i cn take it in sinusitis .. as i m having clogged nose from last 2 days

I am a 39 year old living outside of India. Almost a month ago I was down with a viral which had a mild relapse again after 2 weeks. I took antibiotics (Enhancin 625mg) and there was some recovery. Now after a week of stopping the antibiotics, my cough still hasnt gone and my throat hurts again. The cough has decreased a lot but still a dry cough and when I cough, the throat hurts in the neck area. I also find myself breathless and hard to talk and with a hoarse voice. Is this all part of post viral recovery? Does it take so long?

If TMJ disorder is causing increased pressure in the ear or a sense of clogged ears, can an ENT Specialist give me some relief from the ear issues? Even if it is arising from TMJ, can the ENT specialist prescribe me treatment to manage the ear pressure and clogged ears?
