Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have recently developed nodules in my vocal cords and due to that my voice has become hoarse and i also have slight pain in my throat, i have consulted a few doctors in my city and they all have said that surgery is the only option for this and it cannot be treated. I want to ask if there is any medication that i can take that can reduce these vocal cords or surgery is the only option. And can it become cancerous.

Can vestibular disorder be cured completely?I am suffering from vertigo dizziness imbalance issues since one year

Last 2 months i am suffering from sinusitis with severe headache during head down and left ear pain ...long time use of antibiotics amoxyckav 625 and azee 500 and levoflox 750 then releif after then again start pain in headache and congestion in ear and nose and air passed from ear during swallowing now what to do... please help me.at this time i m not taking any medicine.

Around 11 months back i had bpvv (virtigo) attack. I do not get virtigo any more and no balancing problem. But i still get tinnatus sound. Is there any treatment for this tinnatus sound? Or i will have to live with it whole life?
