My left ear, can hear some sounds which one can notice only in complete silence only. This problem is going since 15 days approx, can online consultation help. Earlier I had ear fungal which was. Cleaned by Dr and I continued candid ear drops for 1 month

I am using GETOIL -D Ear drops for ear problem but by accidentally taken my mother's glucoma eye drops what i have to do now the drops i accidentally taken was mentioned in images

Hi doctor I had my ear ringing continuously in right ear after a cold since March 2023 -after ct scan and audiometry both ears had moderate hearing snhl Also grade 3 adenoids blocking ears and septum deviation leading to breathing issues through nose with persistent cough cold and green phlegm with foul smell behind the nose including rhinosinusitis and rhinorrhea My surgery was done for septum deviation and adenoidectomy on November 3rd The nose breathing issues have stopped now But my tinnitus is slightly reduced but not gone away yet..as it's irritating me still ..doc advised that to ignore and it will go away I want to know when I can expect relief from this 😔?

My wife was having some liquid coming from right nose two three times before and then doctor suggested cemri brain and he said nothing to worry aftwr seeing report .Now again yesterday she was having same thing and today too and she is abroad now for study and doctor not availabla easily there..liquid color is yellow ..i am attaching report of cemri ..Kindly check more test to diagnose leakage site or other test to confirm diagnosis and what if any deformitiy not found then what can be cause of this leakage ??
