I have tobacco stains on my teeth. I want to get all the stains removed but i dont want to goto dentist as i have strong gag refluxe and i am very uncomfortable. Hence please let me know any gel to remove them?

From morning my nose from right side shows blood with mucous. Either i spray my nose or clear mucous of nose it shows blood. Even nasal passage opening in mouth after soitting shows blood. I also feel some pain in upper area of right nose at head. What to do. It is not continuous.

10 days ago endoscopy test done which report is normal but after 10 days of endoscopy there is very little pain in throat. Is it normal or not?
