Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I don't have any kind of symptoms but my neck people are saying its swelling but i got no symptoms nothing no pain nothing please can u look the image of my neck and say if i should visit a hospital??

Recently diagnosed with left ear infaction (heaviness and a little pain in ear) started taking medicine and ear drop prescribed by doctor but on next day my left ear started ringing it's been five days since I am taking medicine but there is no improvement.

From the last 2 years I am facing a very block nose due to two reason one is allergy and another is due to bone problem as it is little slant and inside my nose there are some skin tags so I have tried homeopathy alopathy but it doesn't cure this problem completely so what should I do next to quickly or soon get rid of this problem as I have taken consultation from doctor they suggested to go for operation and some said to do yoga jalneti and all

I have a stye in one eye upper lid. Can i use ciplox eye drop if i am trying to concieve?? I have used it 2 time ?? Is it risky ??

Hello Doctors, I don't have cough, cold & Congestion but I have thyroid, a camel hump at the back of my neck which is hard and paining, due to which I am having pain in the back of chest in the middle, I have obstruction while swallowing, I recently had 3 RCT. The pain the middle back along the spine is painful. Please advise.
