Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I consulted Ent and he is saying hole is moderate in size. Ent told we can take decision after 3 months. What are the chances of healing moderate size eardrum in 3_4 months

I got my ears examined by an ENT surgeon because I feel lot of itching at night while I try to sleep. Doctor told my ear is clean, no infection and tympanum is normal. I am using Montek LC and Neosporin H , but still when I go to sleep I feel as if something is moving inside my ear and feel itchy. It happens regularly only at night.

I got acute viral flu last 5 days and lost smell and taste from last 4 days. This is 6th day and still No smell. Would like to know when the smell will come back and are there any medications to get smell back?

While laying on bed I can't breath properly. One side aur both side nostrils get blocked. I have undertaken in two surgery of deviated nasal septum but still I can't breath well. It also affect my mental health as I can't sleep properly in night and when my breath is disturbed I feel low and anxious I don't know how to handle it but I am bothered to much while my nose is blocked. What can I do to make my nose function correctly.

I feel alot of soreness and found some clot on the area of my pierced nose yesterday. And it worsens at night.. I applied some coconut oil and soframycin cream..but still it pains a bit..I'm worried about infection. And the ring isn't moving in that hole..when will I get it normalized? And how long will it take to heal?

How long can I wait for hole in eardrum to heal naturally without surgery. Pls advise the duration one can wait for healing

I have a urge to cough and clear my throat since 8months, before 8months I had cough and cold and fever, everything resolved but my urge to clear the throat is not going, its more in morning and evening, I have tried many medicine but sore throat irritation is not going, Now i am getting stressed having headaches too and blurry vision, please advice

I have chronic eustachian tube dysfunction after an accident to my left side of face 3 year ago which caused perforation of my ear drum and infection. At that time doctor gave me antibiotics which cleared my ear infection but the pressure and clogged feeling, crackling while swallowing and a slight burning pain around the ear never gone. I have visited many ENTs till date, lots of Antihistamines (fexofenadine, levocetirizine, montelukast etc), steroid nasal spray (Fluticasone, Mometasone), daily steam inhalation, valsalva maneuver.. But still no improvement. I have slight DNS and Bilateral Inferior turbinate hypertrophy as per CT PNS and Nasal Endoscopy. Dr did some hearing test in 2021 which all came normal and Type "A" tympanogram. At first the problem was only limited to my left ear. But now it is both ear. Recently tinnitus has also started. All these issue is making my daily life horrible. It's also affecting my mental health badly. I just want get rid of it. PLEASE HELP ME!
