Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I got ear pain ,flu and chest infection on the first week of this month, I took Azithromycin for 5 days . After this my ear pain relieved but the hearing impairment & blocked ear still present ,an ent doctor now prescribed me Zocef500.( Cefuroxime). After completing the course still the same problem is present. Can I take Clavam ? Is Amoxicillin clavulante better than cefuroxime?

Is it possible to undergo Deviated septum surgery (Septoplasty) with Local anesthesia which is limited to nose only. I would like to avoid General anesthesia, putting myself into sleep like state.

I have recurring tonsillitis and sinus since a very long time. They always come with a high fever and don't go away for days.When i drink anything cold or experienced winds even when i sweep my house or wash my face or shower in the morning. It starts with a lot of sneezing first, then body ache, runny and blocked nose, high fever and swollen tonsils. This is the same pattern every time. I have seen some people's tonsillitis regenerate even after tonsillectomy. Can anyone suggest me a permanent recovery solution for these two?

Sir, I m having tongue burning from 6 months. Earler it was intense but after 4 months it get reduce but it still burning lightly. Earlier i was on ativan 2 mg at night but from 4 months i m on olisur f5 and doctor told me continue the same for 2 more month. I have no ulcer no cut not having any bump or lump. No pain in movement of tongue. I saw dentist and it was told me that noting is unusal. Plz sir/mam, plz tell why its burning from since so long. What medicine should i take to get rid from this. Is there any serous issue. How much time it will take to complete cure.

Ringing in left year from past one week. Consulted doctor and he is telling like do not concentrate on it and it will go away. He prescribed tinnux 20mg. But no improvement at all.

Hi Sir/ Madam, I'm suffering with geographical tongue and white tongue from last 1.5years. I have consulted both offline and online doctors. But I couldn't find any resolution. Recently someone suggested to take neurobion forte daily twice. when Im using this my tongue is normal state. if I miss taking tablet at least once in a day, next day I can see my tongue having patches. Kindly suggest what medicine I have to use for permanent solution. Thanks in Advance

In 2009 nasal congestion problem started , In 2011 contacted ENT surgeon in Patna /Saharsa diagnosis nasal polyps rt side , FESS done , Again in 2016 felt nasal blockage , Re- surgery done, In 2021 after recurrence, FESS medial maxillectomy done, diagnosed as Inverted papilloma, In 2023 after recurrence, Partial maxillectomy operation done at Paras Gurgaon Post operative Provisional obturator was given to use by Paras Gurgaon dental unit occasionally crust of bigger size coming out , consulted Paras advised for nasal saline irrigation, After 5 definitive obturator denture was given to use by Paras Gurgaon dental unit After 15 days obturator use , swelling marked rt side diagnosed as cellulitis, advised to avoid use of obturator denture, Started using provisional obturator Follow up by endoscopy done In Dec 23, no Polyps seen In Jan 24 Recurrence seen , CT confirmed, Biopsy report awaited. Kindly Help and advice , Re surgery to be done ?? What surgery and Where ???

I am having moderate size ear perforation. My xray is normal and Audiometry test too doesn't show hearing loss. I have consulted 2 drs. One Dr is suggesting surgery. Other is saying not to go for surgery as at times there can be hearing loss. Pls guide
