Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Can antihistamines like Allegra or Montek lc be given on daily basis for 13 year old for allergic rhinitis as only the tablet reduces his symptoms of runny nose n sneezing n sometimes wheezing please suggest

Last 3 years I'm suffering with breathing issue. It will increase in cold weather.. Whenever I sleep that side nose blocked and stop breathing my sleep disturbed..is there any solution regarding surgery

Since many years when I tap on the back of my left ear i hear a muffled sound which is not the case with right ear, my query is why I listen to it like this, my nasal spetum is also deviated, my ear gives a feeling of fullness and my ear is also retracted inwards of ear, why am I facing it?

I am having bad breath even when my mouth is closed. I went to a dentist ,she did a deep cleaning. She gave an flouride based toothpaste to use. After using it for 15 days , I still have bad breath but I have figured it that it's either from throat or stomach. I found some tonsil stones and the tonsils on either side have swollen . My son is suffers from allergy everyday some it causes wheezing as well taken all the precautions to keep the house and his bedding clean but every morning he still struggles with sneezing sometimes it flares up during day time also . Can I give antihistamines like Allegra or citrizine everyday to control his symptoms or what other remedy to control have got allergy skin prick test he's positive for dust mites please help
