Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My IgE level was 1520 3 months before and I used Aller bio sachets for 3 months and now I had a blood test so it has increased to 2480 . How can it be decrease. What are the side effects of these?? I consulted an ENT he suggested for aller bio sachets. But no use of this.

I'm suffering from a severe cough and chest pain since a week . My chest is paining due to severe cough. Can u please suggest any tablet . No cold but only severe cough.

When I lay down or wake up I feel dizzy or feel like I will faint but no spinning sensation which last for 2 to 5 seconds that to only on right side, why is this, I have history of bppv which is cleared with maneuver and cervical muscles tightness and trapezius muscle knots, can this be the reason. My brain mri is clear cervical spine mri is clear no issues. Please answer so I can do next consultation.

I feel pain to touch the area around my upper neck's right side. I felt a round lump there. I'm a bit scared. I smoke occasionally but when i smoke in excess. I have frequent incidents of tonsillectomy/pharyngitis, snd have to eat antibiotics so many times. An entire few years back said if you have to eat antibiotics more than 3 times a year for this, go for tonsil removal. Should I go for surgery? I read one study that says it increases the risk of certain types of cancers in the next decades? Is that true or inconclusive?

My mother ear was clogged for few days...what is the reason? She had sinusitis and few days back she had pain on ear but still she didn't have pain but ear was clogged...could u pls suggest any remedy
