Swelling tonsils and throat problems
Hello! Respected Doctors - Since childhood i'm suffering from ear infection with raptured eardrum in my left ear. But recently 1st week of December i found that my tip of tongue & right side lips corner started with Numbness, somedays there was drying mouth,metal test, low grade fever after some days I found that my throat had sored, something was stuck needed to clear, both side of ear pain, jaw or tmj pain, right side mild lymph node swellon, itchy and pricking neck, neck pain, sinusitis ,pain in back of head, not feeling to eat in lunch time, so In two days before I applied my finger and found that both sides of tonsils are swellon, anyways in last 10 days fever has gone, but still numbness feeling is there at night time, and I have also seen after gargling salt water symptoms get over but my infected ear cause so itchy so, after itching that symptoms gets return & during beginning i had visited to an ENT he was prescribed pus cells. and i haven't had any dry cough. please suggest

It’s acute exacerbation of sinusitis. Get a Non contrast CT of nose and sinuses and visit an ENT with films and reports
