Feeling symptoms like vertigo., Giddiness with vomiting. What treatment & which specialist to be consulted?

Hello Dr I have headach since 2.5 years n didi all test n drs said I have migraine n started migraine tablets but still my headache was not gone. I had diagnosed with bp since 7 month I am taking tazloc 40 mg. I feel like pressure in face and feel my face is swollen n headache on top of my head. If I take head bath allso headache so finally Dr said to do mri n ct scan I did I have attached the report plz let me no ways the issue is this is causing headache for me

I started facing hearing Loss in my right ear few months back, Initially it was diagnosed with Eustachian tube blockage, medication for above said cause worked to some extent,90% of the hearing was restored. However after few months I started facing hearing Loss again, now it has gone upto 35%. I don't have any pain/ wax built up in my ears. But I feel like one of my ear is blocked and can't hear anything from it. Could you please let us know if my hearing can be restored?

From last 1 week I feel like one of my ear is blocked and Have significant hearing Loss upto 40% , I also feel like the sound I hear is from a busted speaker and noise in the ears increase with the intensity of sound. Symptoms are as follows: Recent flight travel:No Tinnitus:Yes(mild) Earwax:No. Cough and cold :No Sinus:No Could you please advise on the problem. I had consumed few cold items on the same week..not sure if that has caused this issue

I have blocked nose,ear and front portion of head feels stuffed also my throat feels bad is it because of sinus or some allergy.

I showered at night and went out, now I feel cold and something in my throat. Please suggest some tablet, I have exam tomorrow.

I had tight slap on my ear 3 weeks ago during one of dare task among friends and since then I am feeling whistle, hearing loss upto 50% and sometimes slow vibrations in the affected ear. Do I need to visit doctor or get it heal naturally for few months. It is impotant to note, there was no pain at all during slap and till now.

My MIL has undergone endonasal dcr and septoplasty recently, it has been a month. The doctor is asking us to visit us to hospital for regular cleanup and nasal endoscopy. Weekly twice. They clean and remove the crust and apply an ointment at the duct. Is it normal? Does patient have to visit the doc continuously for 6 weeks (2 times in a week). Is this normal? Or there is some issue with the performed dcr. Please advice.

From Last 1 year i was suffering. some time left nose block sometimes right one.. and then i feel not getting enough oxygen. Tried xylomist, flutiways , lemcee , moteklc. But no relief taking steam daily

Hello, have left ear drum pain that leads to a sore throat. Now I have temperature including the above symptoms. It's been 2 days since I felt these symptoms. What could it be?
