Strange vertigo findings
I am have vertigo issues from last 8 years did all test MRI and everything all came normal
From couple of months i am logging into an episode
Common findings
-Most of the time on weekends when I am not in office, not working, relaxing
-Morning when Wale up
- when sudden head movements specially left side turn it starts
- heavy food in night and morning starts
How to avoid this what can be cause, it is something I am doing wrong. In weekend may be I am alian who having this on specific days...help help

It may be a problem called as BPPV. Just go to your ENT. He will let you do an exercise and it will be relieved.
