I suffer from allergies, since 2020 i am getting episodes of vertigo, and there is always a sense of imbalance and fullness of ear when i take antihistamine like Montek lc the dizziness subsides but the days i don't take i feel really awful. Is it labryntithis or Meneiers disease?
