Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

After recovering from cold , cough and fever I am experiencing less hearing in one ear , what shall I do?

I am facing nasal block from around 2 years and also hearing loss and tinnitus problem. Audiomentary report shows 40%loss. Vitamin D deficiency level 11.6 and SERUM IgE level 804.1 dr suggested for hearing aids. Is there any other option available other than hearing aids? Also I have question is there any genetic factor involved in this.. Will this problem be transfer to my successor?

Due to chronic cough was test for 1st CRP was 89after a day of treatment 47 and now5.5 . and almost cough also gone .only afraid of Black fungus people suffered from it after lung infection.

In this area encircled in yellow colour, there is a greyish/whitish bump. I had throat infection last week, took roxid and it did not go away. I went to ent yesterday and she gave me cefpodem 200, montek lc. My symptoms are cough sometimes dry, sometimes wet, when i swallow i feel a sharp cut like sensation on my tonsil.. But i am still worried if it will not go away :(. Is that a bacterial or fungal infection?

I use furamist for my allergy. I have not used it for last 4 months . Its expiry date is in august 2024 . Can i use it after 4 months.
