Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have tinnitus for 3 years. Now my age 22. I have noticed I can feel the mild sound in winter when i sit alone in my room. When I go out even into balcony i don't feel the sound bothering that's why i don't feel the sound in summer as when i am in my room the sound of fan masks the mild sound. But the four months of winter is not easy for me. I can't even sit quitely. I have used gincocetum, caroverine tablets etc. but the mild sound is always there and i also feel that sound releasing due to some pressure in air and when i put finger in ear it increases. Only one option remaining masking device and I don't know how much it will help me. I have no hearing long loss. Two times audiometry test done. Now just giving up on myself day by day 😔😔😔😔😔

Hi, my wife is reporting of symptoms as she is experiencing difficulty while swallowing food or saliva at times. This is not frequent but cannot predict when this symptom is.poppjng up. Say for example it might happen once while having lunch and due to these she is really panic to intake food. Symptom started around few days back. She is having dry cough as well. Planning to consult an ENT expert but trying to get advice from experts here what could be the reason. Is this due to cough or any other aspects to be considered? Note she has been under Thyroid 25mg medication daily as per physician advice for more than 10yrs now.

I am having a lot of pain in my ear since last 2-3 months, it is  in the throat and in the neck on the left side and it is still there and it does not stop when I sleep or open my mouth. This is bothering me a lot. What diseases are these called?

My Ent doctor write on prescription "upper gi endoscopy c endolaryngeal view " when he fail to perform rigid endoscopy test for my gag reflex. But the gastrologist perform normal "ugi endoscopy" and detect peptic upcer . My question , are those test same ?

Hello doc ...am married i was hypothyroid patient as there was fluctuation  in  TSH  level and  T3,T4 normal ....i was taking 50 mcg daily  ...my recent report cmes normal but am hvng throat pain,  lymph nodes enlargement below the ear and cold like viral , 3 times  in a month ...my query is this is ok with me ?am getting v uncomfortable due to throat pain...am attaching report plz hv a look thank u

Do SOM go on its own after weeks or months.? I have SOM for about a month now and have taken medicine. Get a little bit relief but not heal completely. Need a suggestion. Thank You

My ear hurts when I open my mouth. It hurts like I open my mouth and the pain reaches a little niche of the ear. What is the reason? It hurts since 1 2 months
