Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello sir my son is nine years old .he can't listen anything and can't talk what is the solution of this problem

I had throat infection 3 days back and I was taking Zuventus Benzydamine mouthwash and cepodem 200 Mg tablet. I had swollen tongue twice on October 1 and October 16 at night after a while eating dinner. It is scary and I have anxiety and it is triggering me and keep checking my tongue like something happening to me every time I eat or have . My anxiety level is extremely high and I couldn't even take my mind out of it. I keep checking my tongue if its swollen. I am going crazy.

Can bacterial laryngitis be treated or heal without antibiotics? Is bacterial laryngitis contagious to others? If they catch it, will they also get bacterial laryngitis or other throat problems?

I am keyur, I have a problem regarding nose. Sometimes one side nasal, mostly left side nasal not working properly as can't take breathing properly. After sometime it's recover automatically.
