I saw a black patch at back of my tongue near to the veins. Don't know what it is. Do I have it from before or I just noticed it now. Kindly help

Hi doctors, In the morning i noticed a very pimple like inside left chick. It is painless but annoying and when tried to squeeze with toungue 2-3 hrs sometimes came out water type. Hi I noticed that whenever I talk continuously, i start getting running cold, and i feel irritation in my nose. My condition gets improved after resting, for sometimes what is the cause of that? How to treat? Thanks
