Painless small pimple inside chick
Hi doctors,
In the morning i noticed a very pimple like inside left chick. It is painless but annoying and when tried to squeeze with toungue 2-3 hrs sometimes came out water type. I confirmed with the taste of it. Then it became flat, but again it rising. Pls suggest me with some meds. Pls help me out
