Since many months i have trouble in breathing through my nose. i cannot take a deep breath. Due to weather change n smog, my breathing problems were concerned and I was advised to undergo CT PNS by a doctor. Can you please review my reports and suggest if there is anything serious which is causing this problem?

Hi sir/Madam, My kid is 3.6 years old and he has enlarged adenoids. Due to which he has trouble in sleeping, frequent cold and cough. And also he is not gaining weight. We have been suggested to go for surgery as the x ray showed the adenoids are quite big. Our concern is that he is under weight. 11.4 kg. Is it ok to go for the surgery, considering the weight. Sir/mam I was playing different frequencies with the frequency generating apps in mobile and I was listening to high frequencies ranging 16000 -17000 with low sound intensity of mobile speakers approximately 50-60% level out of total sound level of my phone so my query is will it have caused permanent hearing loss ...pls answer sir/mam I am worried??
