Throat pain but no fever and i have cold allergy every day morning runny nose but some time its fine

I have an ulcer behind the uvula since yesterday and it is making it very painful to swallow even saliva. Doc pls tell me what to use to numb the pain. Thank you in advance

68y old man has had sudden nosebleeds twice in 2year interval. Same nostril and lot of bright red blood enough to wet a hanky/shirt. Last time, his BP was 175/83 just after the episode which fell 155/80 next day when consulting doctor. Dr. Suggested CT scan, report says - mucosal thickening in bilateral maxillary and sphenoid sinuses. He has hypertension and diabetes both. Doesn't take blood thinner as of now. What could be the reason for mucosal thickening? And what to expect? Has BP got to do anything with the episodes?

Hello, I have a bump on my tongue, it's painless, it's not been cured for the last 5 to 6 months. I got a small amount of blood 2 times when used tongue cleaner. size of the bump remains same. but it's still there on the tongue in two spots, It kind of looks like a swelling type. When i touch also its not paining, its kind a bone feeling when i touch on it. please help, am attaching my tongue picture and the latest Cbp report

Can I apply ice cubes to mouth ulcers to avoid irritation. Also can I gargle with salt water. Is this can I do?

Hi Sir, I have been facing my mouth ulcers issue for two days. Mouth ulcers are on my tongue, under mouth, upper mouth. Due to that I am unable to eat food and drink water also. I feel tremendous pain while eating and drinking. Suggest some treatment. Regards, Anil Giri
