Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello.. my 4.5 years old son have symptoms for 2 years .. mouth breathing .. runny nose.. sleep apnea .. xray show enlarge adenoids.. my son not have any throat issue means pain etc.. now question is .. doctor says remove both adenoids and tonsils.. but i insisted to doctor plz remove only adenoids .. not tonsils then doctor say ok i remove only adenoids.. so i do right?

Can I eat roti rice sabzi and milk for lpr I live in hostel so there's not much i can compromise on Please suggest what i can and can't take

I'm taking steam inhalation but the nose which I have mild dns the steam doesn't go inside from one nostril properly why. Every time i get cold in one nostril only and sneezing in one nostril only. Feling behind nose something is blocking due to which Post nasal drip and iticnhing in one nose only why,?
