Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Dr One of my friend complaining runny nose for last 15 days. She has done ct scan yesterday. She has left side deviated nasal septum. Is this condition serious. I hv attached her report

I am having cough from last one week and little bit mucus produced. Feeling always need to clear throat and swallow mucus. I do not get cold earlier. What could be the reason.

My IgE level is 1520 . I'm 21 years old. I'm suffering from a cough and dust allergy. What should I avoid in food ? M taking allergybio sachets since a month.

From Yesterday morning I have seen few bloods come with mucus then everytime I spit out mucus it comes with more blood then after afternoon it has stopped again I saw it on morning but little then it stopped and came normal mucus without blood but after 2 pm today I have seen again little blood with my mucus ...what is the reason??
