Mucus coming and blocked nose since year

Asked for Male, 6 Years

My son 6 year old has continuous nose blockage and mucus coming out of nose , cold , cough, tonsils from past 2 years. He snores at night, use mouth to breath always, I have seen many doctors but no improvement. I have attached a recent prescription, please suggest relief please
