Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Male 49 years .Having Nose blockage & running nose sneezing particularly in night time.kindly advice

My son is 5 y 11 mo old. He is having swollen lymph node in cervical area for more than a year. Size is not increasing. Having dust allergy and suffers a lot from runny nose and cough. Recently an USG of neck done. Report is attached. Is it something serious? My second question is, what is the accuracy of USG in case of detecting reactive lymph nodes?

I am seeing transparent ulcers inside my cheeks every now and then or it never goes it's been almost more than a year but there is no pain nothing but I am seeing a change in skin there are white patches with the dark brown outer line so I am not sure if I need to consult a doctor on a serious note or its normal, please suggest, Thanks!

For the past two days I have pain in bridge of nose on right side ( refer Circled region from image). Pain peaks in morning and then subside later. Now I have mild pain and it's tender to touch. I m worried y is this happening

Every evening continue cough for more than 30 min, then all are ok. Done xray of throat, ear side and found ok. Medicine also taken but no improvement found. While taken medicine 2 to 3 day ok but again problem started. Please help

From 2 days I have pain in my soft palates both side and I have pain while swallowing in that area. Note : there is no throat pain it's only palate pain on both side. What should I do.

Hello Doctors I'm having throat pain from past few days along with tongue and ear pain. Sometimes the pain happens on right side, then the other it shifts to left side right now it's in middle. My medications are done, please suggest what to do now.
