Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have got sore throat feels like small ulcer from long time in near the throat wall and it is not constant I comes and goes away and coming back and it's has been 2 months pain while swallowing and little ear pain as week not much pain while eating it only pains while swallowing saliva and also has dry mouth and dry lips I consulted ENT as well he said it could be due to acidity and I also took acidity medicines it still not going away today I have caviare pain in the throat while swallowing I am worried kindly help me

Hi I noticed that whenever I talk continuously, i start getting running cold, and i feel irritation in my nose. My condition gets improved after resting, for sometimes what is the cause of that? How to treat? Thanks

I have a throat infection going on for 2 weeks. First I was given Azithromycin 500mg then I was given Cefixime 200mg. Both of them didn't work. Today I went to another doctor and he gave me Levofloxacin 500mg for 5 days. I looked up about this drug and it has severe side effects. I'm also a type-1 diabetic so I don't want to risk myself. What can I take instead of this antibiotic?

I have been seeing this very tiny but hard mass from 2 months, It is non ulcer , donot bleed , It appears to be very smooth surface. I have a habbit of drinking and eating very hot things so one day when i drank hot coffee i thought my skin got irritated and it appeared, but its been 2 months it is not going neither it is growing.
