Dear Doctor, I am in pain in the right neck glands, and difficulty in swallowing since yesterday. I suffer from TMJ disorder on right side for which I eat soft foods and apply warm compress daily. I also have ringing sound in my right ear along with occasional crackling sounds. The doctors I consulted for TMJ told me that the ringing and crackling sounds are because of the TMJ disorder. Recently, I have started to feel pressure in the right ear and a feeling of fullness in the ear. I want to know is this because of TMJ only or is it any other ear issue which may be causing these ear problems? Also what can I do to reduce is feeling of pressure and fullness in the ear? Hlw sir/maam, Please respond with your valuable informations. From the last 1.5 years, when I swallow my throat creates a painless clicking sensation. 1 year ago there was mild clicking sensation. But now the sensation is heavier. When I touch my throat with two fingers I feel the clicking sensation. I have no breathing issues. What should I do? Is it curable without any surgery. Or Can I recover it with medicine/excercise. Please help me. Thank you♥️
