Hello, I am having huge since 31st December 2023 till now, I have checked i have many ulcers in mouth and even i feel in throat when i eat food, I have consulted specialist ENT they had treatment enj. Many medicines it gave me relief from pain but after that it starts again same, I have given all gel, i have applied but it is not giving relief, one AIIMs doctor as well told me to have BECOSULES, I also took Antibiotics as well, 3 doctors changed since then but 0% relief all are recommended almost same medicines, It is also pains while I try to swollen something, Help me Thanks

I was coughing after being treated for cold/flu. So i visited the ENT. He prescribed me medicines for two times which included antibiotics, anti acid medicines and others. The 2 week-long course is about to be over today. But ever since the first treatment i am having tinnitus in the left ear which hasn't stopped at all. The doctor checked the left ear with a probe and said there's no issue till the ear drum and i will have to do other tests to check the reason for tinnitus. What test or treatment should be done now?

My left ear feels like I am not able to hear properly and it's feels like blocked since many days.please help.

Hello. I have bump on tongue since 6 months. It's not going away. It's painless bump. It bleeded twice. When went to ent doctor she said it's a normal one avoid using tongue cleaner. Kindly help. Seems it has not cured much.

Hello. I am attaching one picture if my tongue. As there is bump which has been there in my tongue since 6 months. Similarly I found other 1 or 2 bumps on tongue.. I am regular user of tongue cleaner. Got small amount of blood twice on bump. Went to ent doctor she examined normally and touched it. Said it's a small bump. Stop using tongue cleaner. Is this a normal bump or any kind of tongue granuloma? Please suggest.
