Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From last year audiogram to this year audiogram I see lot of changes in it and both the ear hearing ability keep decreasing. Still worried a lot . Will I be become deaf at later stage of my life ??? Any suggestion to maintain or prevent hearing loss in this stage . Currently I'm at severe hearing loss patient.

Sir, I had throat pain only right side 2 months ago. I have done endoscopy .Doctor says it was normal. But the pain is not receding.so doctor told for USG Neck.I have done and it says Two well defined anechoic cysts on both lobes of thyroid with largest measuring 5mmx 3 mm on left lobe of thyroid-likely colloid nodules.After seeing the report doctor said it is not due to thyroid.He says u have pain only on one side but nodules are very small to cause pain and they are on both sides .can you please say what should i do.Is this pain because of thyroid.What should I do next ?

Sir My USG Neck report says Two well defined anechoic cysts with internal calcifications noted in both lobes of thyroid Largest measuring 5x3 mm noted in left lobe of thyroid . Sir is this normal or anything serious sir .

Getting sudden coughing in night and throat is getting chocked. Like a reflux. This is happening in sudden and not all the times. Happening in night time only.

My daughter is 2.6years. This is second time of ear infection. Even after the completion of antibiotics she keeps putting her fingers inside ear. After feed days along with snoring and nose block , cough is also there. What is the grade of adenoids and what medication should be followed

My 8 year old has done adenotonsillectomy using coblation method yesterday she is not taking any medicines today. She is unable to swallow due to pain ..she is crying if I force her..she is not eating anything also
