Doctors! Have fever for2 days. Blocked nose toothache, headache, jaw pain throat pain. In morning having brownish phelgum today.. before it was happened for 2 times this winter.. went to ent clinic before.. can sinus cause brown or light red phelgum?

Ideally no. A sinus infection can cause yellow or greenish sputum, blood stained is unlikely. Start on tab augmentin 1g twice a day for one week and consult an ENT surgeon for endoscopy and further assessment
