Nose block and Headache
Helo,
on 5.4.2021, my report came corona positive, no fever in last 20 days. only body ache and headache, taken medicine as prescribe by doctor.
My problem nose block and severe headache continue, even after 16 days,
Talking steam 4 time nose block continue even today, so the headache (forehead, eyes, back side)
Talking xylometazoline spary. Twice or thrice a day in both nostril.
pls suggest what to do...

Xylometazoline spray should not be used for more than 5 days. You can start using Furamist nasal spray 1puff in the morning and night instead. Use it for 15 days.
Next Steps
Follow this with steam inhalation after about 20 minutes. Take tab mucolite-sr once at night for 5 days as well. Helps with better clearance of the sinuses.
