Red dots on roof of mouth
Hi, I have throat inflammation while having food for last one week, also mild irritation on the tongue and hard palate area for last one week. Also I have noticed 2 red patches on roof of mouth.. Is it normal?.. Kindly advice

Avoid tea coffee take leafy vegetables it might be due to stress take tab becosules 1 in afternoon everyday for 10 days if it is painful apply ointment mucopain 10 mins before food avoid spicy foods for 1 week
