Hard round mass on roof of mouth
I have been seeing this very tiny but hard mass from 2 months, It is non ulcer , donot bleed , It appears to be very smooth surface. I have a habbit of drinking and eating very hot things so one day when i drank hot coffee i thought my skin got irritated and it appeared, but its been 2 months it is not going neither it is growing. I have this nodule or whatever it is on right side of roof of my mouth and also i can feel very small tiny round lumps on left side as well but only if i press my left hard pallet and rub my finger over it only then i feel them , kindly help I am a non drinker and i don't smoke The day i noticed this i keep on touching this kindly help

Stop touching it. Stop eating too hot and too cold stuff. It will slowly disappear. Get an ENT checkup if troublesome

avoid spicy and oily food. avoid too hot food. start folic acid supplements.
