White hard lump or lession of hard palet
I am having this very hard non ulcerous lump on my roof of mouth , it is not painful and feels very smooth to touch it is bilateral but not very prominent on other side of hard palate,
I donot smoke or drink , or tobacco, kindly help me , i am afraid is it cancer ?
