Respected Sir or mam plz chexk I have an ulcer on my side of a lips side im sharing u a pic plz chexk give me some medicines say its infective ulcer 1 ENT  practo doctor prescribed me SOME MEDICINES PLZ guided me about this medicine and how to take it only 1 time na or 2 times 1 .Antibiotics Cefuroxime tablets 2 povidione iodine gurgle its mouth wash na 3 metronidazole gel 4 B Complex is a vitamin tablet, na I'm sharing u a pic of mine. Please check it And also tell me, is this medicine OK And how to use it this medicine how many times plz guide me sir I will be thankful to you
