Tongue became brown
I ate few tulasi leaves and chewed in mouth for 10 mins now my tongue changed from pink to brown what is the reason i use clohex mouthwash also for my pharyngitis how my tongue changed like this

It is a common practice to chew Tulsi leaves in our households. However, few people may be allergic to it or its mineral contents which may even include heavy metals like mercury, which may give it a slight bluish tinge or it may look brown.
