Recurrence of Nasal Polyps rt nose
In 2009 nasal congestion problem started , In 2011 contacted ENT surgeon in Patna /Saharsa diagnosis nasal polyps rt side , FESS done , Again in 2016 felt nasal blockage , Re- surgery done, In 2021 after recurrence, FESS medial maxillectomy done, diagnosed as Inverted papilloma, In 2023 after recurrence, Partial maxillectomy operation done at Paras Gurgaon Post operative Provisional obturator was given to use by Paras Gurgaon dental unit occasionally crust of bigger size coming out , consulted Paras advised for nasal saline irrigation, After 5 definitive obturator denture was given to use by Paras Gurgaon dental unit After 15 days obturator use , swelling marked rt side diagnosed as cellulitis, advised to avoid use of obturator denture, Started using provisional obturator Follow up by endoscopy done In Dec 23, no Polyps seen In Jan 24 Recurrence seen , CT confirmed, Biopsy report awaited. Kindly Help and advice , Re surgery to be done ?? What surgery and Where ???
