Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been suffering from seasonal throat allergy Since last 3 years. It started in the month of September end and will go till February end. It is causing dry cough in day and mild difficulties in breathing with sore throat. I had consulted with doctors last year for same and Dr. Prescribed me montair FX tablet with cough syrup but not treated Fully.

Dr I feel as though some pierce towards right side of the neck while drinking water. Initially it was with cold water. But now its with normal water aswel. This started happening since pas two three days.

I have had a cold recently and ever since I have had the same cough for 6 weeks I am sweaty and then cold after I get headaches and don't know what to do can someone advise?

Constant cough, mild fever and a lump observed inside neck area skin from 1 month....please tell us the reasons for the same

Ever since I went through a c section one month ago (after having a tube down my throat) I've been having severe coughing episodes almost every 1-2 hours every day. I will cough extremely hard to the point of vomiting clear liquid which I believe to be phlegm but I could be wrong. I will constistently clear my throats throughout the day because of phlegm buildup. I went to an urgent care doctor and he prescribed me prednisone (that steroid worked wonders). What could it be?

I've been suffering from sinus for last 10 years, i was under 18 at that time so surgery was not possible and later on i got used to breathing problem and deviated septum, now i want to get rid of deviated septum,which got deviated bcz of sinus. doing jal neti and sutra neti since may 2017, partial improvement but not worked that effectively. won't go for Surgery, get me a Doctor who can help me with aryuvedic or other medicines to quickly get rid of it.
