Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been having throat problem since 2-3 days. First it started with a dry throat. Then i have been having little pain when speaking. Now it feels like my throat is jammed with cough and still experiencing some pain while speaking. I smoke 2-3 times daily and have stopped smoking since 3 days.

After bath to clean ears have been using ear buds which now caused ear pain.When ever i put earphone it got started.

The inside of my nose (on the right) became dried out and raw about 8 months ago. The wounds will not heal. I have been to the ER twice. Been put on 2 antibiotics. Used a humidifier, ice and heat packs, vaseline, coconut oil, saline spray, several medications for pain, bactine, steam. Basically every natural remedy possible, and even the antibiotics didnt help. It is more painful than anything ive experienced, even child birth. Im very concerned. What else could be the cause?

Hiya doctor, I have had a chest infection and a cold for about a week and a half, but 3 days ago I got tonsillitis but on my left tonsil it's turned all white with white spots and I've got a purple lump on my tonsil I only started treating it yesterday my doctor put me on penicillin 250mg but my right tonsil has abit of white on so if I've started taking the antibiotics it won't turn septic on both tonsils I've suffered really bad with tonsillitis, I've had neck pain and ear ache

I have been having a sinus issue since July. Got my paranasal scan done which shows no major abnormalities. There is an s shape deviation of septum but ENt says no need for surgery. After several tests including cbc, thyroid, blood sugar all have come normal. Vit d & b12 are normal too. My ige reading is 495. Ent has put me on allegra. Have tried so many medicines yet throat irritaion and weakness has not reduced. Will allegra be the right treatment? Please help me.
