Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir, My grandfather is over 80 years old. He has some infection in his ear, as medicine he is using zifi 200. After two days of using zifi he is feeling heaviness in his head and lack of hearing and also some water type puss is also coming from ear. So please suggest me, should I continue zifi or not.

My father had hearing problem from show many years now this problem has been increasing day by day and because of that he is feeling some problem in thorat and also he is feeling angerness and shame that he is not able to listen what people talk and he don't want to meet any doctor and also don't want to have operation of it.is their any way to solve this problem please help me thank you.

Sometimes my ears are blocking may be due to cold , but when it happens it is very difficult to settle .for up to 1 week it continues blocking sometimes its getting normal, but most of the time its like blocking my ears .
