Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir I am based in Bangalore.. I have been suffering from from continuous running nose since few years.. it is very prominent in morning and goes of as the day progresses and occasionally returns during the evening.. But whenever I take Montek I feel relived.. And the cold returns after the tablet effect subsides.. Ease advise..

I am suffering from dry cough since past one week. Tried coughdryl, And Patanjali product for the same. Could not see any difference.

I have lymphoid tissue on upper back of throat, I have a smoking habit for the past 3 years and quit before a couple of months. I have consult an ENT and diagnosed strept throat, it's been 3 weeks sore throat, sound issue are all normal but infected back throat, I think it's due to regular smoking. Any remedies, do I need to check with endoscopy

Pls suggest how to go ahead, doctor is giving injection on everyday basis, not sure about the treatment he is giving...

I've been having dry throat accompanied with mid pain in throat since last two days . Since yesterday my nose is blocked and I'm having headache also .
